Some financial assistance will be provided to students and scientists attending the conference and/or the school. The application for financial assistance will be part of the registration process, so make sure not to skip this step. In addition, please indicate the type of support that you are requesting: registration fee waiver, travel support, accommodation support, and/or per diem for meals (you will be able to select all of them). Note that in order to request financial assistance to attend the conference, applicants must also submit an abstract by the deadline and plan on presenting at the COLAGE. The deadline for submissions of financial support request is the same as the abstract submission deadline, May 23, 2014. |
